Another weekend of EPL action is upon us, as this Saturday on ESPN2 Blackburn host Arsenal in a clash of power and flair. Its not the most appealing game on the schedule, but don’t judge a book by its cover.

Finally it’s the weekend and that means more EPL on ESPN. This Saturday at 7:45am on ESPN2 Chelsea travel to Old Trafford to battle Manchester United in the biggest game of the season, one that will have a major influence on the title race. Now I know you might say well I like sleep more then I like soccer, I’ll just say its a real treat for two titans to meet this late in the season with so much on the line, this is what its all about. In their previous meeting this season Chelsea grinded out a 1-0 win with a late second half John Terry goal leaving United with a bitter aftertaste, a taste they will look to revenge this Saturday.

The weekend is finally almost here and that means more EPL on ESPN. This Saturday at 8:45am on ESPN2 Aston Villa host Wolverhampton Wanderers in a game that both sides will need points from for two very different reasons. Aston Villa is currently the forgotten man in the race to finish in the top four. Villa currently in 7th place with 48 points and a game in hand, only 3 points back of Tottenham in 4th. Wolves face a very different but equally important scrap for points, as they are just 3 points outside the dreaded relegation zone.
Add a commentWith almost two feet of snow pounding most of the east coast there isn’t much to do early this weekend, luckily there is EPL on ESPN. This Saturday at 7:45 am on ESPN 2 Chelsea host Manchester City in a game that will be more like a soap opera. In case you haven’t heard, it has been revealed that Chelsea defender and captain John Terry had an affair with Manchester City defender Wayne Bridge’s wife and mother of his children. The ruthless British press has made this story front-page news and in doing so added a perfect spice for this Saturday’s game. The game does have more to offer than a fight over a woman. Manchester City is looking to crack the elusive ‘top four’ and when trying to break into the ‘top four’ getting points against those teams is vital.
